Overview Whale Watching

Excursion for Whale watching in Samaná Bay starting from Bayahibe in a comfortable transfer to our main port. Full-day trip for whale watching in Samaná Bay and visiting the historical Island of Cayo Levantado plus Lunch on the beach.

First, we meet you in your hotel at Bayahibe around 6:00 Am. Drive to Sabana de la Mar port.

The Excursion starts at 9:00 Am and Finishes at 5:00 p.m. after aborting our Catamaran or Boat to visit the Whales in their own habitat.

From 9:00 Am until 12:00 noon Whale watching in the Sanctuary observatory After this Whale trip we will visit Bacardi Island / Cayo Levantado. In Bacardi Island, a Lunch Buffet from the typical Dominican Style will be provided.

When lunch is finished you are allowed to swim until 4:30 pm. The excursion will be finished at 5:00 pm at the same port from where it will start. After this, we drive back to Bayahibe.

The whale watching trips are organized by “Booking Adventures” starting at the meeting point set with the Tour Guide. Lunch at the beach and you can stay as long as you want swimming around. If you are Vegan we also can set some food for you.

If no whales are seen during your whale watch trip, your trip ticket will be a voucher to go out on another whale watch or any of our tours within three (3) years. Go out the next day, next week, or next year.
