Embark on an unforgettable journey from the bustling hub of the Dominican Republic to five magnificent attractions on the stunning Caribbean island. Your adventure will lead you to the picturesque Cayo Levantado Island, the breathtaking El Limon Waterfall, the panoramic Montana Redonda, the enchanting Los Haitises National Park, and the serene Altos de Cano Hondo.

On your first full day, prepare to depart from Punta Cana to Sabana de la Mar, known as "the capital of Los Haitises National Park." There, you'll delight in a boat tour of Los Haitises, indulge in a delightful lunch, and take a refreshing swim before settling in for a night at one of the world's top ten Eco-lodges as recognized by Forbes magazine.

The second day promises the most exhilarating experiences. You'll traverse Samana Bay to reach El Limon Waterfall, explore the paradisiacal Cayo Levantado Island, and culminate your journey with a visit to the captivating Montana Redonda.

Schedule 

Day One

Los Haitises National Park & One Night At Altos de Cano Hondo

Starting: 6:00 am (Depending on where you are located)

Early in the morning, as the sun rises over the horizon, you'll have the pleasure of meeting our friendly and insightful local expert before setting off on an enchanting adventure. The journey will take about two hours, leading us to the breathtaking Los Haitises National Park. Here, you'll have the chance to explore magnificent caves, wander through the lush mangrove forest, and take a refreshing swim in the natural pools of San Lorenzo Bay. After a delightful adventure, we'll enjoy a fresh lunch by the beach before retreating to our accommodations.

The afternoon is yours to relish as you unwind in your cozy lodging and indulge in the natural pools located next to the park. Your day will close with a delectable dinner at the hotel, leaving you with cherished memories of the day's explorations.

Day Two

Samana Bay, Cayo Levantado, Montaña Redonda & El Limon Waterfall 

Starting: 8:00 am 

This is the second early morning across Samana Bay, which takes about thirty minutes to get to Samana. From there, you will embark on a safari to El Limon Waterfall, where you can choose to either hike or go horseback riding to reach the waterfall, which is approximately a 2.5-hour adventure. Afterward, enjoy lunch at Parada La Manzana.

Next, return to the safari to travel to Cayo Levantado or Bacardi Island for a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, situated at the junction of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean within Samana Bay. Spend a few hours here before boarding your final boat ride to meet your driver and head to Montaña Redonda.

At Montaña Redonda, you will board a safari truck to reach the hilltop, which rises one thousand meters above sea level. From this vantage point, you can take in panoramic views of the Samana Peninsula and Samana Bay. It takes about an hour and forty minutes to travel from Sabana de la Mar to Montaña Redonda.

Upon returning, meet your driver for the final leg of your journey – a bus ride to the Punta Cana area, where this experience concludes.
