This tour was a celebration of local culture, showcasing the region's unique traditions, customs, and artistic expressions. Our guide introduced us to talented musicians, dancers, and artisans, allowing us to experience the vibrancy and creativity of the local community. We participated in a traditional dance, learned about local crafts, and even tried our hand at playing a traditional instrument. It was a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.

As a local, I had some major skepticism about going on a “tour” of the area I grew up. Turns out I didn’t know as much as I thought! We weren't rushed from one attraction to another; instead, we had ample time to wander through charming villages, interact with local artisans, and simply soak in the atmosphere. Our guide was a master of improvisation, tailoring the itinerary to our interests and spontaneously adding stops that he knew we would appreciate. It was a flexible and personalized experience that made us feel like we were exploring with a friend, rather than being herded along with a crowd.
