Continue to Cayo Levantado / Bacardi Island, for lunch on the beach and a dip in the azure waters after this Safari trip to el Limon Waterfalls with Horses riding by the coconut forest before returning to Punta Cana.

What To Expect?

Get up close with the Dominican Republic’s gentle giants of the sea during this 12-hour Humpback whale-watching excursion on Sámana Bay. Spend an unforgettable day observing the thousands of whales that flock to the island each year to mate, feed and play in its warm tropical waters. As you observe these beautiful creatures you’ll enjoy unique insights from your expert whale-watching guide. Finish the day with an included lunch and beach time on beautiful Cayo Levantado Island. Round-trip hotel transport is also included.

From 9:00 Am until 12:00-noon Whale watching observatory and After this Whale trip we will visit Bacardi Island / Cayo Levantado. In Bacardi Island, Lunch Buffet from typical Dominican Style will be provided (Rice, Beans, Fish, Salads…). When lunch is finished you are allowed to swim and get ready to go to El limon waterfalls until 4:30 pm. Tour will be finished at 5:00 pm at the same port from where it will start onboad our Catamaran and them bus back to Punta Cana Hotels.

Timetable:

6:00 – 7:00 Pick up of the customers from the different hotels

07:00 Departure to Las Canitas in Sabana de la mar

08:15 Arrival at the private dock

08:15 – 8:40 Breakfast Time (sandwiches, muffins, tea, coffee, juices)

8:45 Boarding to start our journey to the sanctuary of the humpback whales in Samana

11:00 Search for the whales for a 45-minute period- This is the Timing follow by The government rules.

11:45 Head to Cayo Levantado in the Samana Bay

12:30 Arrival in Cayo Levantado

13:00 Lunch time (lunch buffet, typical Dominican)*

13:45 – 15:30 Spare time in Cayo Levantado

15:00 – 15:45 On board again direction back to Miches

17:00 Arrival in Miches and departure to the hotels in Punta Cana

19:30 – 20:00 Arrival at hotels in Punta Cana

*Lunch Menu (typical Dominican)

Rice, grilled chicken or grilled fish, salad, vegetables, fresh fruit.

Customers who choose to add the stop at the waterfall El Limon after the whale watching will move to the waterfall ad will have less time to spend in Cayo Levantado.

This tour has included the stop at Limon Waterfall.
